💖 To-know before you read my skincare reviews 💖
- I live in Malaysia (tropical, humid and hot af climate)
- I have dry to very dry skin
- My main issues with skin revolves around closed comedones and fungal acne
Okay, this was a product that their staff recommended to me, and I didn't try a tester before I purchased it. And hence, it's one of my most regretful purchases. Wanna know why, read on. Please, always test products first before you commit to purchasing a full size, even if you can afford it, you'd be wasting product if they don't work on you.
This product comes in a tube where you'll have to squeeze out the product. The applicator is pointy, which is probably to control the amount you use at one time. A little goes a long way with this product, so you'll probably find it hard to finish it within a year.
Some key points
✔️ Alcohol-free, paraben free, sulfate-free, silicone-free
🖤 Scent - Sulfuric
🖤 Price - RM160 (20ml)
❌ Not fungal-acne safe
I have no idea why this didn't work for me, but man was I disappointed with it. Because it's rather expensive for such a small product, so I expected it to work wonders 😖
Since it did nothing for comedonal acne, I expected it to at least work on regular breakouts, but nope. Even after 3-5 days of applying it, my pimple would still be there sitting on my face, staring back at me in the mirror 🤷♀️
It has a textured consistency that doesn't really blend completely into the skin. The sulfur scent is rather noticeable, not that I mind as long as it worked, but it didn't 😂
TL;DR - This did not work for my skin
Here's my personal ratings for the product!
🤔 Has a sulfuric scent that you do not want to have on your skin if you're getting intimate with anyone in particular.
🤔 Pimple patches are way more effective and much much cheaper compared to this.
❌ Killer price point, RM160 for 20ml. I think targeted treatments are normally priced like this, but it didn't work lmao.
Did this product work for you? Because I would really like to hear from you if it did haha. For those who are interested to try, please get a tester first!
